PRENATAL YOGA TUESDAYS
Tuesdays 7pm in Long Jetty
Singingbird Prenatal yoga is a unique fusion of yoga (yoga poses, breathing practices, meditation & relaxation), childbirth education and mentoring for birth. You will prepare for the intensity of labour by learning several multi sensory pain coping and breathing practices, that will allow you to be open and ready for the unexpected nature of birth.

Modern Organic Long Jetty
Lauren's Hatha flow classes are energetic, free flowing and always grounding. At times you'll feel like a kid, experimenting with balancing and inversions, and other times you'll be taking the poses slowly and being mindful of your thoughts and mindset. Lauren's classes can be challenging if you want or gentle if your day asks for that instead. You always get to choose how you want to practice. The classes are created intuitively, and always reflect the energy in the room and the wonderful beings who attend.
